POSIQO is a closed-loop institutional canteen management platform operated by HARLALKA KITCHENS PRIVATE LIMITED. Codide provides technology development and maintenance services for the platform.

  • Device and technical information: IP address, browser type, operating system, device information, app version, login activity, diagnostic logs, and security events.
  • Support information: Messages, complaints, enquiries, feedback, and documents or screenshots voluntarily submitted to our support team.
  • Information from service providers: Payment gateways, banks, verification partners, hosting providers, notification providers, and other vendors where necessary to operate, secure, or support the service.

  • To create and manage customer, parent, guardian, student, and authorised user accounts.
  • To identify the correct POSIQO account or card and process canteen-credit recharges.

3. Student and Minor Information

POSIQO is designed for institutional and school canteen use and may therefore process limited information relating to students or other minors. Such accounts should be created, authorised, or supervised by a parent, legal guardian, or participating institution, as applicable.

We collect only the information reasonably required to operate the account, identify the student or cardholder, apply spending controls, process canteen transactions, and provide support. A parent, guardian, or authorised institution may contact us regarding correction or deletion requests, subject to legal and operational requirements.
